2012 has started long ago as it seams like and the 2 month were flying by like a second due to the fact that BCOME has been kept busy with a lot of projects.

BCOME a last minute ADVENTCALENDER

December is startin tomorrow and you are in need of an Advent calender? How about this very easy last minute TetraPak Adventkalender?
You just need some TetraPak, some white A4 paper or printable A4 sticker, double-sided tape and a cutter ... ok, a printer will be necessary too, but I assume that nearly everybody has one at home.

Download the CutSheet for this Advent Calender and just follow the instructions.

Now, December and Advent may come, I would say!

While the BCOME studio is busy busy working on several design projects time has passed like the wind and nothing new has shown up on here online.

WE UPCYCLE.com, Lisa and Madgalena, two lovely and creative art students from Wien, Austria, was so nice to present the BCOME TetraPak butterly postcards to a bigger audience on their cool website, where it's all about upcycling.

30 Days 30 Things ... a great idea to show upcycling ideas by Lisa Schultz and Magdalena Akantisz, students of the University of applied arts in Vienna.

30 Days extended already into Day 99, on which these two creative girls are introducing the BCOME CD TetraPak cover, thanks a lot to Vienna!!

BCOME preparing 心は共に PINs

Just prepared some 心は共に PINs - of course out of TetraPak as base - for tonights cherry blossom charity event, where we wanna try to 'collect' more 心は共に supporter photos.
Well keep you posted how it goes, so stay tuned.

BCOME a BUTTERFLY POSTCARD

Due to the fact that after the Ebisu Bienale still a looooot of butterflies are fluttering around the BCOME studio, I decided to give some of the the chance to discover the wide world via postcard.

So here they are, enumerated with their 'English' / 'German' and of course their Latin names - to give you a hint out of which kind of TetraPak they fluttered - waiting to be send out to deliver some words from friend to friend, heart to heart ...

BCOME a HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY CARD

Happy Valentine to all of you !!

Whether it's chocolate or a rose or just a simple card, your beloved one will appreciate it!

For those of you who need a last minute VDay card, here comes the BCOME suggestion:
Just cut out a simple heart - needless to say, BCOME was upcycling and using a milk carton - fold it in the middle to give it the 3D touch and add it with glue or in case you have got a sewing machine to a card.
Than it's up to you if you want to add a message beneath the heart or write something special on the back of the card.

Showing that you are thinking of something doesn't have to be complicated - and can be so easy. Bring a smile on someones face with a simple heart-card!

This is how the Kimono Pins get send out ... a bit up- and recycle, very BCOME!

BCOME a BUTTERFLY BROOCH

After cutting over 100 of TetraPak butterflies for the Ebisu Bienale there are right now still a lot of them fluttering around in the BCOME studio.

Instead of pinning them at the wall, I decided it would be nice to make some upcycled funky broochs with them. Guess these are the only butterflies which flutter also during Winter times.

BCOME a KIMONO PIN

Accessories do not have to be huge to make an impact and add a certain specail to your cloths.

It is already quite effective just to add a color spot with such a small pin (⌀ = 15mm + ⌀ = 20mm), made out of vintage Kimono fabric. Easy for daily use and not restricted to a certain type of style.
